Gleaming Thoughts

 31/07/2023- The week began with the morning assembly. Students assembled on time and it was the assembly of class 10 A students. 01/07/2023-  Today I conducted the Vocabulary test for the students as part of the project work. 02/07/2023- Today we went to serve lunch for the students. During afternoon a book exhibition has been conducted for the students at the open auditorium.   03/07/2023- Achievement test was conducted for the students in the class. The result of the test was very much satisfying. I could see drastic improvement in students. 04/07/2023- Today is the last day of my teaching practice. Our beloved HM Shashikala teacher. She has been a great inspiration for us. She helped us in all the way possible. There was an English activity club in my class. I conducted various activities for the students. The scores were calculated and prizes were given to them. The thirty days teaching practice was a great experience for me. I was able to improve a lot in these days. I could see

 A concept map has been prepared based units from plus one and plus two.

 24/07/2023- Today we helped the science club in gardening. There are many vegetables cultivated in a plot. 25/07/2023- An inter-school competition was conducted for the students as part of International day against drug abuse. In that competition students from our school bagged third prize in English skit. The competition was conducted in GHSS Chanthavila. 26/07/2023- Recrational activities were provided to the students when I got  a free period. The students were taken to the play ground and were given exercises.    28/07/2023- With great pleasure we were able to collect the vegetables that we grew in our own school compound.

 An innovative work has been presented before the students. The work was based on the chapter 'Maternity' written by Lilika Nakos. The was was a comic book with important episodes from the chapter. The students paid attention to the visual aid presented in the class.

 17/07/2023 and 18/07/2023 were public holidays. On 19/07/2023 and 20/07/2023 there was a Football Tournament conducted in our school. Students from various schools came and participated. It was a friendly match. Our students managed to qualify for the semi finals. 21/07/2023- Moon Day was celebrated in the school.

10/07/2023- There was a morning assembly in the school. The students who had won in district level sports competitions were congratulated in the assembly. 11/07/2023-World Population Day was celebrated in the school. The students made posters and placards on the topic.   On 11th and 12th, the school was working usual with day-to-day activities. I took my regular classes in 9A. 14/07/2023- Students were taken for PT activities to the ground. We made the students form into groups and play Kho-kho.
