Second week of teaching programme (12/12/2022-16/12/2022)

SECOND WEEK(12/12/2022 to 16/12/2022)

12/12/2022- Second week started with enthusiasm. I was eager to go to school. Today I had to engage sixth period and had only one division. A morning assembly was conducted by the students of class 7B. The assembly was in English. Students tried their best to conduct the assembly.


 


13/12/2022- Today had to engage third and sixth period. Today had to teach a new topic in the class. Students were introduced a new lesson. Today I took the students of class 8 for PT. I got a substitution period.

 



14/12/2022- Today second mid semester exam of the students started. We were not assigned any exam duty. We remained in the school helping other activities.

15/12/2022 and 16/12/2022-  Second and third day of second term exam. So we had no classes to engage. We helped to serve food for students during lunch break.

THIRD WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE(26/06/2023-01/07/2023)

 26/06/2023- This week started with the morning assembly. In the assembly the main focus was about substance abuse. It was a special assembly in which our beloved Shashikala teacher spoke about the  need to create awareness against the use of drugs. 27/06/2023- A poster making competition has been conducted for the students in school as part of International Day against drug abuse.     28/06/2023- A special assembly was conducted to give the prizes for the students. 29/06/2023 and 30/06/2023 were public holidays. 01/07/2023- The day was normal with the usual activities. I engaged the classes incorporating  ICT. The students paid more attention to the class than the traditional classroom.

INNOVATIVE WORK (28/07/2023)

 An innovative work has been presented before the students. The work was based on the chapter 'Maternity' written by Lilika Nakos. The was was a comic book with important episodes from the chapter. The students paid attention to the visual aid presented in the class.
