Third Day of the Camp(03/03/2023)

 The morning session was a guidance and counseling programme by Smt.Umadevi. The session was about the counseling and guidance teachers should provide to the students. The teacher has given a number of situations to the students and asked them to find out the causes and remedy for each situation. It was a good experience.


The afternoon session was a community productive work headed by Shiyas Khan sir. We did clay modelling as productive work. It was a good experience to make different shapes out of clay. The african mask was the main clay model we made.

 19/06/2023- The day began with the school assembly. The assembly started at 9.25am. Today students conducted a special assembly because of the celebration of National Reading Day. Reading Day is celebrated to commemorate Sri.P.N Panikkar. The students presented a special prayer song about the importance of reading and presented other programs. 20/06/2023- As part of the reading Month celebration a literary quiz was conducted for the students. The students from UP and HS participated in the event. The winners were awarded with mementos.   21/06/2023-  In order to cultivate reading habit in students, the school has decided to announce a book review by a student each day. During the lunch interval, a student will be sharing his/her own thoughts about a book. Yoga day was also celebrated in the school. 22/06/2023- An exhibition of famous books in Malayalam was conducted in the open auditorium of the school. THE SECOND PHASE OF TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK ONE (12/06/2023-16/06/2023)

 12/06/2023-  The second phase of teaching practice started today. Though it was Monday, due to heavy rainfall there was no assembly conducted in the school. I have reached the school very early today as it is the first day. The headmistress allotted the classes and I was assigned to take class 9A. 13/06/2023- Today we were assigned to serve lunch for the students as part of the Mid Day Meal Program.   14/06/2023-World Blood Donor Day was celebrated in the school. The students prepared posters on the topic. Awareness programs were also arranged for the students. 15/06/2023- The day was fully packed with classes. I was assigned to engage other classes too as part of substitution. 16/06/2023- Our beloved HM Leena ma'am relieved from the school. She has been a great support and inspiration for us. THIRD WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE(26/06/2023-01/07/2023)

 26/06/2023- This week started with the morning assembly. In the assembly the main focus was about substance abuse. It was a special assembly in which our beloved Shashikala teacher spoke about the  need to create awareness against the use of drugs. 27/06/2023- A poster making competition has been conducted for the students in school as part of International Day against drug abuse.     28/06/2023- A special assembly was conducted to give the prizes for the students. 29/06/2023 and 30/06/2023 were public holidays. 01/07/2023- The day was normal with the usual activities. I engaged the classes incorporating  ICT. The students paid more attention to the class than the traditional classroom.
